Question: Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Answer: Our systems need to be manually synced with our supplier's warehouse systems in order to show a "fulfilled" status. We start preparing your shipment within 48 hours of your order. Sometimes, we don't sync with our supplier's systems until a few days later, so even though your order is shipped, you may not receive tracking information for 5 days after you placed your order. We apologize for this, but it is just the way our systems work. We guarantee your order will be fulfilled, so give it a few extra days before asking about your order, it may already be on its way!
